I went over to my friend, Kate’s house last night (Kate is Bony Legs. she has a great tumblr and a pretty rad etsy shop, too). We had fun doing a lo-fi photo shoot in her bedroom to promote our vintage. We gossiped about high school boyfriends, did our hair and makeup and drank low-quality coolers. What more could a girl ask for on a Friday night?
If you’ve seen Kate’s blog, you’ll know that her aesthetic is pretty focused and while her style is really original, it’s keenly aware of what’s going on in youth culture these days. So feeding off her energy was a pretty unique and kind of exciting way for me to do something completely different. Not to mention, her enthusiasm for fashion is inspiring.
